Damaged and Faulty Goods
If any product(s) arrives damaged or faulty then please get in contact by phone or email within 24 hours. We will arrange to collect the damaged or faulty goods and a replacement will be sent free of charge as soon as possible.
Sent in Error
Any products sent in error by us will be collected from you and replacements will be sent out immediately, free of charge. Please get in contact if you notice a mistake has been made.
Out of Stock
You will be notified by phone or email if any products you have ordered are unavailable. You then have the option of an alternative product or a refund or waiting until the product is available again.
Money Back Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with any of the products you have purchased please get in contact as you have 14 days to return your products for a refund or credit. All returned products must be unopened, unused and complete including original packaging. Any carriage costs incurred by yourself for returning products using this option will not be refunded or credited back to you. Refunds and credits will be issued as soon as the returned products have arrived with us and have been thoroughly checked.
When you place an order with us we will pick, pack and book in your parcels with the courier. At this point you will receive an email. This email will confirm your order and provide a tracking number. It will also be confirmation that a contract exists between us. At no point before the email does a contract exist between us.
